- Life Transitions
By blending holistic, innovative treatment approaches with compassionate & collaborative trauma-informed care I have been successful in supporting my clients through their transitions and transformations.
For over 15 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals navigating trauma, identity, and profound life transitions. My work is grounded in a deep respect for the richness and complexity of being human and a steadfast belief in our inherent ability to heal, grow, and transform.
My therapeutic style is holistic, relational, and trauma-informed. I blend innovative, evidence-based modalities with a foundation in mindfulness and Eastern philosophical traditions. This integrative approach allows me to tailor our work to your unique experience – honoring not just your symptoms, but your story.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing happens in relationship. I prioritize building a genuine, collaborative connection with you – one where you’re seen, heard, and never pathologized for the ways you’ve learned to survive. Together, we’ll explore what safety, growth, and self-trust can look like for you.
Whether you’re navigating PTSD, depression, addiction, identity exploration, grief, burnout, or relationship challenges, I bring warmth, steadiness, and a deep commitment to ethical, client-centered care. I work especially well with those who’ve never quite felt at home within society’s expectations – people who sense that there’s a more authentic, peaceful way to live and who are seeking healing, connection, and a community where they can fully belong as themselves. I offer a space where all these parts of you are welcome.
Therapy with me is not a one-size-fits-all experience. I stay responsive to where you are in your process, drawing from a wide range of approaches to support your healing and transformation at a pace that feels right to you.
I approach this work with reverence, humility, and the utmost care. It’s an honor to be invited into your inner world.

Degrees, Training, & Experience
My work as a therapist is supported by a wide-ranging background in psychotherapy, research, teaching, clinical supervision, and program development. Over the past 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings – from hospitals and community clinics to private practice – offering care that meets people where they are.
For the past eight years, I’ve worked as an individual therapist, and for over a decade, I’ve facilitated group therapy with a strong emphasis on connection and collective healing. My academic roots lie in Buddhist psychology, and I’ve published research on mindfulness, addiction, and non-ordinary states of consciousness. This includes specialized work on spiritual emergence and the integration of expanded states of awareness – an area I continue to explore with care and curiosity.
As a psychedelic therapist, I’ve guided over 1,000 ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions, after many years of offering preparation and integration support. I’ve had the honor of training and supervising more than 50 therapists across 10 clinics in the U.S. and Canada, and I’ve co-developed psychedelic therapy programs designed to meet the unique needs of diverse populations. I also currently facilitate psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy under Health Canada’s Special Access Program and frequently speak on panels, podcasts, and in publications about this evolving treatment.
In addition to my private practice, I collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver innovative and integrative care. I also serve as a consultant and trainer for Compass Pathways’ Phase 3 clinical trials on psilocybin-assisted therapy. Previously, I held the role of Director of Psychotherapy at Field Trip Health, where I helped shape and expand psychedelic-assisted therapy programs across North America and Europe.
